As an "older woman" (Oh my! I said it!) with eight daughters and 30 years' homemaking "practice," younger women often ask me for suggestions in the areas of household management, child training, frugal living, healthier eating/cooking, and more. This site and our materials are in response to requests to come follow us through our house to see what we do. :)

Our family is just an everyday family - like yours - and I am simply an everyday homemaker - like you! We do not suppose to have all the answers, but we DO know that it's fun to learn how others do things and to swap ideas, and we older women have a responsibility to encourage the younger women, in the spirit of Titus 2, by God's grace.

"...Encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored."
